I’m proud to say that this rosemary and orange seeded protein loaf is actually entirely gluten free, dairy free, and oil free and LOADED with seeds rich in omega 3s 🧠. I based this off of Jaime Oliver’s recipe and it worked perfectly with a sprinkle of orange zest and LOADS of fragrant rosemary 🥰

ROSEMARY AND ORANGE PROTEIN LOAF
(GF, DF, OF)
-250 g chickpea or gram flour
-100 g ground almonds
-35 g chia seeds
-35 g poppy seeds
-35 g sunflower seeds
-10 g flax or linseed
-7 g yeast
-370 ml lukewarm water
-3 tbsp honey
-zest of 1 orange
-a handful of fresh rosemary, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 190C. Line a bread tin with baking paper.
2. Mix the yeast with the tepid water. Set aside.
3. Combine all other ingredients into a bowl or mixer. Add your yeast. Mix completely until fully immersed.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Enjoy with eggs, marmalade, peanut butter or avocado as a great meal prepped protein packed breakfast!
