FINALLY finished exams and I’m officially a stay-at-home dog mom until next semester 🥰
Which is fantastic, because Leo has suddenly decided that he can’t sleep through the night anymore 🤪🤪 I’m grateful I finally can sleep in a bit like today’s lazy morning of coffee and cuddles in bed 💤✨
I can honestly say- as someone whose not much of a sweets person- I have been CRAVING chocolate with not much desire to bake, much to Richards dismay.
So in order to satisfy both my newfound sweet tooth, and Richards confectionery needs these chocolate dipped clementines are the perfect 10 MINUTE SWEET TREAT 🍫🍊
Perfect as a quick treat for kids (or a cheeky snack for adults) and even can make a great appearance on your weekend charcuterie board!
CHOCOLATE DIPPED CLEMENTINES
(V, GF, P, NF)
🍊3/4 clementines (and substitute for an orange)
🍊1 chocolate bar (I used montezumaschocs milk chocolate)
🍊toppings such as coconut, cacao nibs & freeze dried raspberries
1. Peel and separate your clementine slices while you melt the chocolate over either in a bowl over simmering water, or in a microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in between.
2. Dip the clementine slices in the chocolate and place on a wire drying rack (with – plate or parchment paper underneath)
3. Sprinkle toppings of your choice! Let dry for 10-15 minutes until chocolate is hardened and enjoy! 🍊🍊🍊
